Background

Both Hadijah’s parents are alive but separated when Hadijah was just 3 years old. It is 6 years now and they have never heard from his father.

Hadijah has 3 other siblings and are all under the care of their mother alone because their father refused to give them any support.
Hadijah’s mother is hired to sell charcoal in the slum and earns 25 Euros monthly. Sometimes she washes people’s clothes in the slum to be able to be able to sustain herself and her children.

From her small income, her mother struggles to take Hadijah to a very poor school in the slum but Hadijah is always out of school due to lack of school fees.

Hadijah is looking for an opportunity to be sponsored so that she attain a bright future.
