How to Re-Sponsor

Re-sponsorship

It is 225 EUR per Quarter (75 EUR per month) to Re-sponsor a child back to school after his or her sponsor has stopped sponsorship. You can chose whether you want to pay quarterly, half year og yearly. Additional costs will be new uniforms 100 EUR that are invoiced once a year at the turn of the year.

This is a very big challenge as we can not let the children drop out of school even after the sponsor has stopped sponsoring. In this case we shall put the child back to searching for sponsor to get a new sponsor.Sponsorship brings strong love in these vulnerable children’s hearts, a strong relationship that they would love to hold on to forever and when a sponsor stops they feel abandoned by the ones they loved.

Sponsoring

We understand that at times sponsor families are faced with financial difficulties , we kindly request in such situations to encourage friends or family to join and sponsor in a group to continue making a difference in the child’s life. You can choose to sponsor individually or in a group or a company The school calender has 4 Quarters in a year and a sponsor is invoiced 4 times on quarterly basis.

We appreciate so much all our sponsors for your continued support towards the children’s education and wellbeing. Together we shall continue making a difference!

Mubarak last went to school in December 2020 when schools were closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even after schools were re-opened this year, Mubarak has not had an opportunity to resume back to school because of lack of school fees. Mubarak’s father died in an accident when his mother was 1 month pregnant of him . He has 3 siblings , 2 from the same father and the youngest has a different father but they separated with his mother and he does not give the child any support.

Mubarak’s mother used to hawk bananas in the traffic but this is now illegal and her items are sometimes confiscated and she is left with no capital. She now only sells her bananas in the night and gets few customers thus earning a very small profit of 1 USD or less. Because of her very small profits, his mother is not able to save for Mubarak’s school fees and his siblings and also cater for the basic needs of the family.

Mubarak is searching for a sponsor to help him go back to school so that he can attain a bright future and have a transformed life.
