Background

Both of Hafiswa’s parents are alive but separated when she was 6 years old. His father got another woman and abandoned the child and her mother and he does not want to hear anything concerning them.

Hafiswa’s mother washes table clothes used at events and earns about 5 USD a week.

Her father refused to support Hafiswa in school and it is her mother that struggles to take her to a poor government school nearby their home.

However, Hafiswa misses school most of the days because of lack of school fees as her mother’s small income can not sustain her in school and also cater for the other basics.

Hafiswa is looking for an opportunity to be sponsored so that she can be able to attain a good stable education at a good school.
