Background
Shanita has been out of school for the whole year due to lack of school fees.
Shanita’s mother died when she was giving birth to her and her father abandoned her at the grandfather’s home when she was still very young.
She started staying with her aunt this year in the slum so that she could help and find her sponsorship to be able to go to school.
Shanita’s aunt has 2 school going children and she is a single mother and can not afford to pay for Shanita’s school fees from her small income.
Shanita is looking for an opportunity to be sponsored so that she can be able to attain a good and stable education.
